Keeping it psycho

 Trump's Greenland obsession

I was thinking about blogging about other things today as a break from the Trump Follies but this caught my attention.

  2. I am reminded of an old Far Side cartoon. Man laying on the couch telling his thoughts to a psychiatrist. The shrink lays back in his chair and writes in his notepad "just plain nuts."

  3. A double phenomenon here. Most conservatives glossing over his mental state. Lonely.

  4. Is it 'wing and a prayer' or 'wing and an expletive'? Went to Dr. for annual physical. 'You been smoking a pipe for over 66 years?" "Hmm,
well keep it up" Should I have left a tip?

  5. Plus you're immune to colonoscopy and jury duty although DOGE might cut off your SS and Homan might send you back to Norway.

  6. DOGE shutting down a lot of stuff in Idaho. Trump emailed the Guv, "Chop down a lot of trees". What's the deal - new log cabin towns?

  7. I see Trump is still bearing down on Greenland. Might be an opportunity, with a bevy of US combat troops and rare mineral miners, for an enterprising chef. You know how to make an Eskimo Pie? Also, confusing terminology - is there a fine line between bizarre and crazy?

  8. I see GeeeZ is now firmly back on the Trump train. I have a few issues.

  9. I question whether the DOGE even has the constitutional right and power to do these things but as a conservative I'm weird that way.

  10. They are in court everywhere on the DOGE stuff. May take years and in the meantime put your own judges into the system. Egg prices through the roof, chicken prices stable. Go figure.

  11. We learned in HS history class there are supposed to be 3 CO-EQUAL branches of the government. As much as I hate what Trump and Musk are doing firing people and freezing spending to me seems outside the purview of judicial review. Reagan fired the air traffic controllers. The executive branch has the right to do certain things but not everything. This is a complicated subject. How can a judge say you have to unfreeze spending? Seems an administrative matter to me even if it's wrong.
