It's like all those federal workers lost their jobs for nothing. No rhyme or reason. It's a philosophical contradiction and politically incoherent. It'd be like a household with a strict budget scrimping and saving and cutting barely able to pay the mortgage and property tax but then decides to subscribe to cable or satellite TV and add five new credit cards. I know there are actually households like that. Big difference is we don't have a government printing press.
Trumpism is not conservatism. It's just a bunch of mad fantasies. The weird Right is already selling Alligator Alcatraz merch. Ron DeSantis is the creepy flavor of the month. Hello big blue wave come next year. Cults always fail in the end.
You nailed it again. The no tax on OT or tips should go over well with some, no?
ReplyDeletePeople from confused to expert will probably argue about the current administration for years. Considering I never heard of a head of ICE, Homan is all over the media (and over 57 million have been deported one way or another (1920-1918) Could it be the 'show-biz' thing? Sort of a SNL, but daily - From wrestling to 'You're Fired', Trump has loved all the trivia of the Big Shew - every EO is issued on TV with a big signature and a little orating. Grab and keep the attention, it helps with trinket sales. What's next, the Colosseum with the thumb up or down schtick? Still on R&R humpty-dumpty fall and stay in the ER -
ReplyDeleteonly things working are typing fingers and pouring CB.
So all those federal workers that were fired was to ostensibly save the government money and this bill does the exact opposite. BTW they should leave tips alone. When I give my mechanic 5 bucks for changing my oil does he literally report it?
