Govern me harder Daddy

The New RightThe Old Right used to be against too much federal power.  The New Right welcomes it as long as it's in service to the needs and interests of the Right e.g. mass deportations.  BTW Megyn Kelly looks like someone stuck a lemon up her ass frothing and fulminating all the time.  Could be a dry spell dunno.  She definitely has a thing for the ICE goons.  What I don't get though is how the New Right considers ICE to be professional law enforcement.   Not even getting into the pros and cons of mass deportations but these are your standards?

We didn't vote for keeping it psycho.  We didn't vote for a soap opera.  We didn't vote for social chaos.  I just want a slow news day:)

  1. Slow news day conspiracy theory - man who broke into puppy mill looking for immigrants mauled by five rabid pit bulls identified as a Tom Homan - Trump stayed in his office all day and kept his mouth shut?

  2. Over on the right side of the bloggosphere we learn that the MN governor race is between Senator Amy Klobuchar and Mike Lindell.
Yup, that's right the My Pillow guy. Why are they worried about a record blowout? Will Jessie Ventura run for Amy's seat? Is the Hudson frozen over yet?

  3. Have to see what the feds are saying over at that other blog. She's banning the wrong people BB. They ain't conservatives. Probably paid shills.

  4. The Right has now pivoted on Rittenhouse. Now it's not ok to carry a gun to a protest. For decades the Right said Roe should be left up to the states. No federal right to abortion. The Covid lockdowns and forced vaccinations in the Biden Era no bueno. NOW all of a sudden the federal government is good under Trump. Better do what they say and get out of the way. Holy dissonance Batman!

  6. Was watching 'America's Funniest Home Videos". laughing out loud. Mrs. says "why are you watching that stupid stuff?" Told her it was therapy and far better than watching the Preying Pres pontificate from the pulpit of political pornography. Oh, she says "good idea".

  7. Supposed to move out to sea. Weather people want people to be in a constant state of fear. Must have stock in Home Depot.

  8. Nice alliteration.

Btw how do ypu apply to be a paid agitator or insurrrectionist? Does George Soros sign the checks? What do you put on your tax form?

    ReplyDelete
  9. seems like most are agitated with out pay? your taxes pay and experiencee ICE agent $100,000 a year. Noem makes $246,000.
Not sure if she got a bonus for shooting her puppy in the face.
    All a bit abnormal, what?

  10. Was looking at Somali in MN data. They originally came here on asylum fore helping US troops in the horrors along the upper Nile.
It has been awhile, so that community consists of 50% of them being born in the US. The Somali welfare case where millions were swindled sound more like one of the Nigerian grifts, as demographics show the average MN Somali income around $ 25,000 a year, lot of small shop owners and workers. I should probably stick to chemistry?

  14. Obama deported over 3 million, but didn't make it into a TV series. Times change and we even see 'legal' murders live now. But too much TV can backfire - https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/jan/30/don-lemon-minnesota-protest-charges. The judge in the case said it was ridiculous and threw it out. But Bondi found a prosecuter and grand jury anyway. They teach that stuff in Law School now?

  15. Maybe GeeeZ and Megyn Kelly can explain for us.

  16. Still humps of snow on our block. Me and some others still got $65 parking tickets even though there was no street cleaning today. Welcome to Yonkers the City of Gracious Living.

  17. How was business during the latest Winter excursion? Has Yonkers become Greenland East?

  18. Went downstairs to use the bathroom this morning at 5 AM and no running water. Toilet tank low so we kept getting snow from the yard to heat. Our furnace is near the bathroom so put it at 85 for a couple hours and water started running again only problem is my smart water meter under the porch cracked and was leaking water. Called a plumbing company and they ordered a new smart meter which Yonkers now requires. Not cheap is an understatement. Didn't go to work today. Had to reschedule my vet appointment for the 2nd time 'cause that's when they're gonna install the new meter. Other than that an uneventful day. What is this Alaska?

  19. Yes business was booming pre-the storm. Panic buying.

    Watch out for yellow snow.

  20. Makes it hard to argue with the climate warming naysayers.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Then you have to walk me through this. Global warming leads to harsher colder winters? By that logic global cooling would lead to hotter summers. Color me ignorant.

    ReplyDelete
  22. So come July and August we'll be posting about the heat dome. I don't like extremes of weather. I like the Spring and Fall. I still say a bad winter is much more stressful than a hot summer.

    ReplyDelete
  23. At any rate global warming not a bread and butter issue. Doesn't help people buy a house. Doesn't swing elections. Of more concern to academics.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Before ICE started killing people these are the issues we used to discuss and debate. Times change alas!

  25. Got a new cat from Helping Hands. Female - Kizzee, taking over house.
Hard enough putting up with the Mrs. ya know?

  26. Wonder if Soapy and Lista have opinions in that area.

  27. Read on some blog that ICE is doing Pretti Good.

  28. Don't interfere with their operations. What are their operations exactly? I just see a bunch of masked guys in thug fashion milling around in the middle of streets kind of aimlessly shuffling around. I don't even know if they know what they're doing. If they weren't law enforcement and you saw this you'd call the cops.

  29. Back in 2020 there was a phoned call to Georgia - "I need 11,780 votes.
Get them for me." 3 recounts and 4 jury trials couldn't find them. So this week the FBI confiscated them. Would they dare to rip up a bunch of Dem votes? "Golly Kash, you did really good most time in history good. Gonna give you a fancy feast so you can take your expensive girlfriend and tell her how to shoot people in the face.
    Only in Amerika.

  30. Gotta improoove our kulture -
"WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump said Sunday he will move to close Washington’s Kennedy Center performing arts venue for two years starting in July for construction."
"“This important decision, based on input from many Highly Respected Experts, will take a tired, broken, and dilapidated Center, one that has been in bad condition, both financially and structurally for many years, and turn it into a World Class Bastion of Arts, Music, and Entertainment," AP
The last kulture was the premier of the movie Melania. Not sure if it was a cartoon or what.

  31. Today he said we need to nationalize the elections. What could go wrong? We got 8 inches of snow and 9 degrees. My mom in Kure Beach NC got about 4 inches. In our vacation town 4 more houses have fallen into the ocean. We will be there end of March.. we hope. Every day it gets more like Putin in charge. I hope you carry your papers.

  32. Took a walk today around the neighborhood. A lot of yellow snow. BB says you can tell the breed by the height of the evidence.

  33. Getting back to Trump I'm no construction guy but renovations take two years?

    ReplyDelete
  34. He is busy trying to rig future elections. Been a crook his whole life, it figures. A young cougar was spotted in town a couple days back, video shows it meandering through the college campus. Probably a sophomore. Will I need to be armed with Fancy Feast when I go out to the mailbox?

  35. Plumber coming over this morning to unfreeze my pipes. Should I bring up politics? What would GeeeZ do?

    ReplyDelete
  36. She does have a lot of hot air over there. You are supposed to leave a slight flow through your pipes when it gets down towards 0. A couple of times we ran the washer with out laundry, as that room is far from the heater and has no basement. Intense cold is just plain miserable. Back in the day, no cars would even start. Used to get up at night and run them around 1AM. You still in good with the plumbing community?

broken or cracked and they can just get them un-froze with a blow torch. Seen it done. Hard work.

    2. Basically it's the smart water meter that's cracked so for the plumber to get a new one it involved a lot of red tape with Yonkers. Maybe some day Yonkers will send a robot to your house. Progress.

  38. Traditional police use most of their ammo for training. ICE uses most of their ammo cuz when they shoot an innocent person, they empty the chamber with 8-9 rounds per shooter. Co. I retired from sells ammo to ICE which gets 70% of it from them. Thing is that Co. is pretty much the sole maker of ammo in the US. Sales - anything to keep the green coming in.

  39. ICE likes to kill people like ten times. I guess just to make sure?

    ReplyDelete
  40. When the plumber comes again should I corner him and ask him what he thinks about Trump?

  41. I can picture Homan with a blowtorch.

  42. Cougar took up residence downtown. F & G shot him, probably up a tree. The site was full of homes, a school and a grocery store, so darting did not take place. -

We note a single shot, say compared to shooting a human 9 times while they are being beaten on the ground. F&G cares more about wild animals than ICE does about innocent humans. Such are the times.

  43. Frozen pipe section thawed out today. Nice to have running water again. New smart water meter put in. Someone from the Water Bureau has to come by to program it with their antenna. Can you get YouTube? I don't remember this growing up.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Plumber showed me the problem area under the porch so I know what to do in the future. Small diameter pipe in the corner that supplies water to the whole house. Discussed space heaters and whatnot. Another lost opportunity to proselytize for Trump.

    ReplyDelete
  45. They also have pipe insolation and electric warmers. It takes a really hard winter to discover plumbing problems. Plumbers pretty expensive around here, probably even more back east, but sometimes it is worth it. And better than suggestions from places like 'Trumpuppets R Us" or SHEIN plumbing supplies.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Frozen pipes probably one of the worst experiences a homeowner can have. Worst part imo is not enough water in the tank to flush the toilet. Watch those late-night tacos! The Christian Brothers will get you by.

    ReplyDelete
  47. The SHEIN plumbing. You'd be up shit's creek without a paddle if UPS ever delivers it.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Worst I had was the city meter showed very high water usage, but we were just the usual normal stuff. Plumber found the leak was in the pipe out in the front yard. Had to hire a place that drills through the dirt to put in a new pipe along side it. Drove the angleworms nuts and hard on the checking account.

  49. Guess I'll skip the Super Bowl halftime show = Bad Bunny on the Networks or the alternative Kid Rock one on Turning Point USA. Players are lucky, they get to go in and rest before the second half.
KInd of like the Macy Parade, no marching bands, just little side shows in the street. Miss the good old days, ya know?
