Hope and change has turned into King Lear

He wanted the job.  Well the new numbers are out: 96,000 new jobs for August which is less than expected and a jobless rate at 8.1%.  Some economists think 2% growth is on trend for a very slow recovery but for all their festivities at their abortion and car show the Democrats must have known this was just around the corner.  Folks' income is not going up either and well if I were running the Romney campaign I'd strongly advise against getting personal and attacking the President.  The economic situation is Romney's best hope, going full-bore negative might turn off those crucial independent swing voters who as some pundit on Gwen Ifill's show last night said hate the neverending conflict and incivility in Washington.  Put in the more street vernacular a guy's down you don't kick him in the nuts.  Obama's latest campaign slogan seems to be patience which as George Will noted ain't a strong suit of the American people.  The Messiah has turned into Job with a hairshirt, the Speech was probably the weakest of his career.  The shelf life of It's Bush's Fault, they keep redating that thing.   He needs to get down on his knees and supplicate the Earth Goddess (Oprah) but enough, I've probably overdone it myself.  The #'s speak for themselves.  Going forward:)

  1. Look, I wasn't on Romney's bandwagon in the beginning, but that doesn't matter now. The Obama Biden ticket is the pits, and we are doomed if he gets another 4 years. And if you vote for this guy again, they you are as DUMB as Biden is.

Obama’s speech is being panned as pedestrian and overconfident from the left. Obama offered few if any specifics about his plans for a second term. He spent most of his time blaming Bush, without actually naming him. We’ve heard it all before from this President, at what point does he think the public will stop listening? The problem is that Obama thinks the public is listening but are

Everybody knows that Obama pretty much just totally sucks, but a large group of despicable people are determined to vote for him anyway. Doesn't matter to them if Obama is a total incompetent failure.

Obama has told us that the "War on Terror" is over, while we see our Troops getting killed more and more every day. Now we find ourselves even giving aid to Al Qaeda in Libya and the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. And how about our killing Leaders of Foreign Governments?.

Obama and his team including the Nutty Vice President want credit for authorizing the killing of Osama Bin Laden, but the Seal Team Six are the ones who did the job and who we owe our thanks to for getting the job done! Obama has vowed to honor our commitments to our ally Israel, but has recently declared that we won't back up Israel if they attack Iranian nuclear sites as a preemptive strike for her own self-preservation. And he has treated Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu worse than Hugo Chavez!
And another thing,How many times are we going to here "Osama is dead and General Motors is alive"?

News Flash! ....... Joe Biden is NO Clint Eastwood!

When is Crazy Joe Biden going to add that Government Motors still owes taxpayers $42 Billion Dollars? Why does he continue to leave that out of his funny little stale, stupid saying, is it a dirty little secret?

So all you Progressives, Liberals, Dimocrats, get ready for it. Practice it. Get familiar with saying it President Mitt Romney, and Vice president Paul Ryan.

  2. BB can address this better than I can but Israel has the capacity to take out Iran's nuclear facilities and then some, turn that country back to the Stone Age through what's called an EMP pulse. A nuclear explosion high in the atmosphere then some kind of interaction with the Earth's magnetic field and then the whole grid goes out, everything, Iran's electricity computers etc. Everyone thinks it's missiles raining down on A'jad, technology is much more sophisticated than that today. Seems like just two months ago and Obama's pledge to Israel was ironclad now they can't even seem to agree on the nature of Jerusalem.

  3. DD with the economy the way it is it amazes me that the race is still this close. My honest analysis is this, Obama has a strong core of support and this is highly animated by his race. Put another way it was a great historical moment in electing the first black president now to throw him out of office would show disrespect, dissing him. Post-racialism? yeah right. Let's say Dave is right and Obama is on the right track this slow recovery of ours, I'm no economist but how do we even know it is a slow recovery? Another term would be taking a real chance. Case in point: the jobless rate going from 8.3% to now 8.1% is seen by some as evidence of this slow recovery but what if it's simply numbers fluctuating? What if it goes up again to 8.2% or 8.4%? I'm not convinced we're in a recovery yet, others say we are. IF the trend is true then September's job numbers should be maybe 7.9% or even 7.8% unemployment and...dunno it's way too much to chance.

  4. Dave don't know his ass from his elbow when it comes to economics . Dave is another Obama Kool-aide drinker like his master ms. shaw. As for Obama's chance of winning this thing, it's a good bet that he will get zonked like Carter did. God knows what he's doing.

  5. All polls have it this close Darth. In all the conservative commentary out there I've never heard that Romney has it wrapped up. Obama's base ain't going anywhere and I think those independent swing voters are still being swayed by nostalgia for this country electing the first black president. To throw him out of office now would be to kind of admit we made a mistake. IF Romney makes the case w/o being personal he could wrap it up.

  6. Lets take a look at today's news!
Today Egyptian protesters raided the US Embassy in Cairo, climbed over the gates and tore down OUR flag burned it, and replaced it with a Black Islamist flag to protest a U.S. produced film that they didn’t like! The mob was chanting that our ambassador must leave.

Is this why Obama took part in overthrowing Hosni Mubarak's regime?
Also tonight reports from Libya say that gangs of militants also attacked the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi with rocket-propelled grenades, and stormed the embassy. The United States ambassador to Libya, J. Christopher Stevens, and three other Americans were KILLED! They also protested a Movie film they denounced as blasphemous. They attacked our embassy, shredded our flag, and replaced it with the al Qaeda flag.
All this over a Movie! Is that why Obama helped to KILL Moammar Gadhafi? Is that why Obama wanted to replace the Libyan Government with the Muslim Brotherhood?
But be careful, we don't want to piss-off the religion of peace!
Thank You to Barack Hussein Obama and Hillary Clinton, for what you have accomplished!

I was always under the impression that TO ATTACK ANOTHER COUNTRY’S EMBASSY IS AN ACT OF WAR.
Is beheading Americans worse then making a film that is not to their liking?

And the lefties are very quite over all of this, it seems as if a Pizza maker from a little unknown town in Florida who was took part in a staged a Photo-Op, picking Obama off the floor in a loving hug drew more attention than any of the above. I hope that they are Happy Now!

  8. The Obama-hugger was a Republican small businessman ..can we assume
    that Romney isn't huggable?

  9. I think Debonair is right though that it was a staged photo-op and my first reaction was how could the Secret Service even allow this to happen? Everyone's smiling in the picture when the first reaction I would think would be one of concern for the President's safety. Yeah it's a cute little picture don't get me wrong but I think it was orchestrated.
