MAGA CIVIL WAR ERUPTS
First off Trump hired some Indian-born foreign guy to be his ai advisor. Now presidents need ai advisors? Musk and Ramaswamy are all for extending the stays of our highly skilled foreign workers in the tech field. Musk says a shortage of them is the main problem facing Silicon Valley and Ramaswamy called American culture mediocre (think Family Guy and Judge Judy - editor). MTG kind of agrees with them. Trump ally and hard-righter Laura Loomer, Matt Gaetz and the hard-core MAGA base say they're straying from the original MAGA policy on immigration. Nikki Haley took issue with Ramaswamy's X post. Things are getting heated. Pass the popcorn.

DeleteVirology experts are concerned about Bird Flu. Very fast mutations, leaping from species to species. There is cautious concern about another pandemic. You heard it here first. No vaccine, so don't worry about it.
ReplyDeleteWas in a supermarket yesterday. Egg section totally empty. Note to shoppers about a market-wide shortage of eggs due to avian flu. Other food stores fully stocked with eggs. Color me confused.

ReplyDeleteOpen Borders BB. First and foremost Trump is a businessman. The mass deportations ain't gonna happen. We don't even have the infrastructure. You're stuck in this rigid political analysis mode re Trump. Trump HAS TO be a Hitler or some variant thereof and you don't deviate. If you follow this I think he's letting Musk say the things he doesn't want to say at first. MTG is coming across as a centrist on the issue. Who woulda thought?
ReplyDeleteWe would all be businessmen if we inherited $50 Million and Daddy bailed us out a few times. Herbert Hoover was a businessman. If only he were a centrist - so far he has been all over the map. But I'll give ya this - he scared the drones away.

ReplyDeleteLet's say you inherited millions of dollars and did something with it why is that a bad thing? If your daughter needed bailing out would you as a parent bail her out? My folks helped me through a rough patch once and I paid them back. Seems good parents might do that it depends. Not understanding why that makes Trump a bad person.
