What Trump may as well say about those 5K dividend checks promised to Americans if Repubs win the midterms.
Why not send the checks out now? Rhetorical because we don't have the money just sayin'.
A Trump promise isn't worth a wooden nickel.
Every time the Trump Administration floats these ideas (DOGE check, tariff rebate checks etc.) Americans never see any of that money.
And yet if he gave these 5K checks out before the midterms it might soften people up. Doing it the other way looks like bribery which it is.
