DeleteThere is a great meme circulating on FB. It shows a few cops all amped up kicking in a door with the headline "You better not be sitting in there peacefully with a plant!!!"
ReplyDeletePretty much sums up the absurdity of the level they'll go to enforce some laws.
And of course you've got virtually every police cruiser either unmarked or sporting one of those low profile light bars. They're not inclined to want you to be able to easily locate them in the event you needed their assistance. Instead they don't wish to be easily seen because otherwise they wouldn't be able to extort money out of you.
Joe Sobran once said make enough laws and everybody becomes a criminal. You might be breaking the law right now and not even know it.
